Terms for using Creative Tagger.
Last updated: September 28, 2026.
These terms govern your use of Creative Tagger, a creative intelligence product operated by The Bored Room. By using the site, app, API, or MCP server, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and activity under your account. Keep API keys private and rotate them if they are exposed. You must provide accurate account information and use Creative Tagger only for lawful business purposes.
A small number of authorized Creative Tagger administrators can use restricted internal routes for operational support, including issuing a short-lived, one-time sign-in link for an active account, so an authorized administrator can access or act inside a customer account when support or account recovery requires it. Our Privacy Policy describes this access in more detail.
Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of creative files, URLs, Brand Brain context, naming templates, synced performance data, competitor references, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Creative Tagger the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, store, display, and transmit that content to provide the product and related support.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, connect, or submit the content and data you provide, including any customer, employee, creator, competitor, ad account, or platform data.
AI Outputs
Creative Tagger uses AI systems to classify creatives, generate naming conventions, summarize performance, create reports, and answer strategist questions. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific business decision. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Meta and Third-Party Platforms
V1 Meta workflows are read-only. Creative Tagger requests Meta ads_read access to sync ad-level performance. Creative Tagger does not create campaigns, edit budgets, publish ads, or write back to Meta in V1. You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms and permissions for any connected ad account.
Billing, Credits, and Plans
Creative Tagger uses credits for creative classification and related generation work. There is no free tier and no trial. Accounts without an active subscription are read-only and cannot start new classifications; a lapsed subscription keeps read-only access to everything already imported. The Creative Intelligence Beta subscription is billed per account, not per workspace or user, and includes a monthly allowance of successful classifications; usage above the included allowance is billed per successful classification at the posted rate and is not blocked by the allowance. The current allowance, overage rate, and included history access are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard when checkout is enabled. Creative Intelligence Beta includes the standard history import (36 months by default, any depth up to Meta's 37-month retention limit) for the first ad account you connect, once per account. Each additional ad account's history import uses the monthly classification allowance and is then billed per successful classification, so several ad accounts cost more in usage than one. Creative Tagger does not offer a separate new-customer history checkout.
Subscriptions, usage charges, checkout, tax handling, and payment processing may be managed by a billing provider. Unless a checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, and usage beyond included credits may be billed at the posted rate.
You can request billing help, cancellation help, or a plan review by emailing support. Refunds are handled case by case unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

Availability and Changes
Creative Tagger is an evolving V1 product. Features, providers, model routes, limits, prices, and reports may change as the product improves. We may suspend or limit access to protect the product, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.
Intellectual Property
Creative Tagger, its software, design, taxonomy structure, workflows, documentation, and brand are owned by The Bored Room or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you.
Disclaimers and Limits
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Tagger disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
