Delete your Creative Tagger data.

Creative Tagger supports deletion requests for account data, workspace data, creative uploads, Brand Brain memory, synced Meta OAuth tokens, and synced Meta performance data.

How To Request Deletion

1. Email hello@creativetagger.ai with the subject line "Creative Tagger Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address on your Creative Tagger account and the brand or workspace you want deleted.
3. If the request is about synced Meta data, include the connected Business Manager or ad account name if you know it.

What We Delete

The result depends on the scope you request or the scope Meta sends us:

• Named workspace deletion: we delete the entire exact workspace alias, including its analyses, uploads, Brand Brain memory, reports, briefs, naming templates, Meta tokens, and synced performance. That deleted workspace name cannot be reused; reconnecting Meta requires a differently named workspace and genuinely new consent.
• Meta user-wide or default-scope deletion: we remove stored Meta OAuth tokens plus Meta-sourced and ambiguously Meta-derived data across the affected account. Provably manual uploads and non-Meta workspace content remain available, but that Meta identity is permanently retired and cannot be reconnected.
• Full account deletion: when you request deletion of the Creative Tagger account itself, we also delete the account record, API keys, and remaining account-owned workspace data, subject to the limited retention obligations below.
• Support context connected to the deletion request when it is no longer needed to complete or verify the request.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal records when required by law or necessary to protect the service. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified operational data that no longer identifies your account, workspace, or Meta connection.

Service-provider logs or backups may age out under the provider's restricted retention schedule rather than disappearing from every backup instantly. Data already delivered to a customer-configured webhook or other destination is controlled by that recipient and cannot be recalled by Creative Tagger.

Timing

We will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as practical and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless a legal, billing, security, or abuse-prevention reason requires a longer retention period.

Meta Data

Creative Tagger's Meta integration is read-only. A verified Meta deletion request immediately disconnects and fences the affected data while local database, media, backup, and known paid-backfill refund cleanup finishes. If an already-open checkout settles after privacy cleanup completes, it is captured for refund without restoring the deleted data or reopening the privacy receipt. Deletion does not remove campaigns, ads, reporting history, or assets inside Meta.
